Terms of use

Last revised 5 September 2026

1. Acceptance

By using amonfluxconverter.com you agree to these terms and to the privacy and cookie policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. The site is operated by Marco Caturano, Livorno, Italy.

2. Licence

You are granted a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the tools through a web browser, for personal or commercial purposes. There is no charge and no account.

The written guides are the copyright of the publisher. You may quote from them with attribution and a link. Republishing them in full, or using them to train a model without permission, is not licensed.

3. Your responsibility for what you process

You are solely responsible for the files you open in these tools. By using them you confirm that you own the necessary rights to the material, or have permission from the rights holder, and that you will not use the site for unlawful purposes.

Because processing happens entirely in your browser, the publisher has no access to and no knowledge of what you process, and consequently no ability to moderate, review or recover it.

4. No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with every browser, or that any particular file will convert successfully.

Conversion is a lossy process in many formats. Always keep an original of anything you value before processing it. The publisher is not responsible for data loss, degraded output, browser crashes or memory exhaustion arising from use of the tools.

5. Accuracy of the guides

The guides describe general practice and are revised as circumstances change. They are not professional advice, and figures such as browser support or codec efficiency move over time. If you find an error, please report it to info@amonfluxconverter.com.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects the statutory rights of consumers under Italian and European Union law.

7. Third party components

The tools rely on open source libraries including FFmpeg, pdf-lib, pdf.js and imagetracer, each distributed under its own licence. Advertising, where you have consented to it, is supplied by Google and governed by Google's terms and privacy policy.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be revised, with the date at the top updated accordingly. They are governed by Italian law.
